The short answer
The verdict first: 32Red has exactly one sister site, Unibet, and the tie is the strongest kind, same company and licence. The operator behind both is Platinum Gaming Limited. For the same qualifying stake you get 320 free spins at 32Red and 300 at Unibet, on the same wagering. The spins expire sooner at Unibet, so claim them on the day you qualify.

One sister is reviewed below: Unibet, same company and licence. Platinum Gaming Limited holds that licence, and both brands sit on a single Gambling Commission account. The register lists two further websites on that account; we do not review them, so they are not in the table below. Both casinos in the table accept players in Great Britain, and both are licensed and regulated by the Gambling Commission. The table is the short version; the detail is in the two reviews that follow.
| Casino | Sister kind | Rating | Welcome offer | Wagering | First deposit | Licence | Accepts UK players | Games |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| The casino on this page | 4.5 | 320 free spins | 10x | £30 | Gambling Commission, Great Britain | Yes | 2,000+ | |
| same company and licence | 4.7 | 300 free spins | 10x | £30+ | Gambling Commission, Great Britain | Yes | Not stated |
Your account does not carry across. 32Red's terms say: "You may only register one (1) Account with each of our Brands." One account at 32Red and one at Unibet is allowed, a second account at either brand is not, and the terms let the casino close a duplicate account and void transactions, promotions and winnings. Keep the details on both accounts the same as the ones on your identity documents, and tell support before you open the second one if anything differs.
If you need to stop, self-exclusion is the part that does carry across. 32Red's help centre says: "If you Self Exclude from 32Red, you’ll also be excluded from all UK brands operated by FDJ UNITED including Unibet and Bingo.com." That covers the sister reviewed here. It does not reach casinos outside the group, so use the national scheme if you want one registration to cover the lot. A sister site is never a way around a self-exclusion, and nothing carries over between two casinos just because they share a parent company: only the clauses in their own terms do.
32Red has taken bets since 2002, and it is the casino everything below is measured against. Deposit and stake £30 on slots and you get 320 free spins on Big Bass Splash, with 10x wagering on what those spins win. Claim them within 48 hours of qualifying and they expire 30 days later. Six deposit methods are shut out of that offer, PayPal, Apple Pay and Skrill among them, so check yours before you pay in. The lobby runs to 2,000+ games from Playtech, Pragmatic Play and Evolution Gaming, and the Ruby Lounge scheme, Bronze to Gold, is invitation only.
Withdrawals do not leave straight away. 32Red's banking page says a withdrawal "will remain pending on the account for a minimum of 24 hours before being processed", and e-wallet payouts are then typically processed the same day. Request money at least a day before it is needed. Send identity documents early, because the casino can ask for sufficient documentation to settle identity before a prize is awarded.
Only the differences appear below. What 32Red and its sister share is set out above and is not said twice.
Unibet is 32Red's sister: same company and licence, with Platinum Gaming Limited named in both sets of terms. The same £30 stake brings 300 free spins here rather than 320, on the same Big Bass Splash game, and the wagering is the same 10x. The clock is tighter: play within 7 days of registering to claim, and the spins then run out 48 hours after the claim rather than 30 days. Set a reminder for the day you claim them.
Unibet does not publish a game count, so the games criterion went unscored and its 4.7 comes from the remaining criteria. Look through the lobby yourself before you deposit. Support adds email to live chat, and the loyalty scheme is Reward Zone, not Ruby Lounge.
Pick 32Red if you want the bigger spin count for the same stake and a month to use it, and if leaderboard promotions are the kind of thing you play for. Pick Unibet if sport, racing, bingo and poker on the same account matter more, and if a refer a friend offer is worth more to you than extra spins. Payout speed cannot separate them on paper: one of the two puts its withdrawal times in writing and the other publishes none. If speed is what decides it, ask each support team in writing before you deposit, and keep the reply.
Lists of casinos like 32Red usually rest on a shared games studio or a shared platform. Neither makes a sister. None of the brands named that way appears on the licence account behind 32Red, so none of them is on the list above. We gathered no dated claims from other sites for this page, so we name none. Treat any such list you find elsewhere as a guess unless it cites a register entry.
1. Complain to the casino first, under the complaints policy set out in its standard terms.
2. Put the account name, the dates and the amounts in one written message, and keep a copy of it.
3. If the reply does not settle it, refer the decision to eCogra, the dispute service named in both casinos' terms.
We read each casino's own UK pages on 30 September 2026: terms, banking, promotions, loyalty and safer gambling, plus the Gambling Commission register entry behind the licence. Those pages are the source for every figure above, and our own tests of the casinos confirm them before anything is published here. The method page sets out the rubric and the weights.
Our take
Rating 4.5
The evidence is thin on choice and clear on ownership: one sister, one licence account, one company. 32Red keeps the better side of the welcome offer, with more spins for the same qualifying stake and far longer to use them. Unibet's higher score rests on five criteria rather than six, because it publishes no game count: read it as a narrower measure, not a wider lead. Open the one whose extras you will actually use, and set a deposit limit on the day you join.
If gambling has stopped being something you control, stop before you deposit again and talk to someone free of charge. The National Gambling Helpline is on 0808 8020 133 for England and Scotland, and the NHS Wales Helpline is on 0808 2819 265 for Wales. Gamstop blocks you from accessing gambling websites and apps licensed in Great Britain, in one registration.
Both casinos on this page carry deposit limits and self-exclusion inside the account settings. You must be 18 or over to hold an account. A sister site is never a way around a self-exclusion.
One, Unibet, and the kind is same company and licence. The register lists two more websites on that account, but they are listings rather than casinos with terms of their own, so they are not reviewed in full.
Platinum Gaming Limited operates 32Red, and its terms name the same company for Unibet. Both brands sit under the parent FDJ UNITED.
Yes. One Gambling Commission account covers both brands, which is what makes them the same company and licence rather than a looser family tie.
Yes, within limits. The terms allow one account per brand, so holding one at each is fine. A duplicate at the same brand is the problem, and the casino can close it, so keep to one.
Yes, across the group's UK brands. 32Red's help centre states that a self-exclusion there also blocks the other UK brands the parent operates, Unibet among them. To block every site licensed in Great Britain, use the national scheme instead.
Neither is lighter and neither is cheaper. Wagering is 10x at both, and both want £30 staked on slots before the spins arrive. The gap is the spin count, 320 at 32Red against 300 at Unibet. Check the expiry dates too, because they are not the same.
