Rating 4.6
The short answer
Spin Genie has two sister sites we review, PlayOJO and Mega Casino, and all three are run by Skill on Net Ltd on one Gambling Commission account. If you want the cheapest wagering, PlayOJO is the one to open: its welcome offer carries no wagering at all, against 10x on the free spin winnings at Spin Genie and at Mega Casino. That single difference is the biggest one in the family, and it decides what you keep from a win. All three ask £10 to start, and all three rate within 0.2 of each other: Spin Genie and PlayOJO on 4.6, Mega Casino on 4.4. Check the wagering line on any offer before you claim it, because the family does not share one set of bonus terms.

Rating 4.4

One company, Skill on Net Ltd, operates Spin Genie and both of its sisters on a single Gambling Commission account. PlayOJO and Mega Casino are both the same company and licence as Spin Genie, and we review each in full because each has its own research pack of stated terms. The register lists 47 further brands on the account that we do not review, because we have not read their own pages.
The table sets out each casino's stated terms as its own site prints them, with the date each page was read in the sources block.
| Casino | Sister kind | Rating | Welcome offer | Wagering | First deposit | Licence | Accepts UK players | Games |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
Spin Genie | The page's casino | 4.6 | 120 free spins on Book of Dead | 10x free spin winnings | £10 | Gambling Commission account 39326 | Yes | 4,000+ |
PlayOJO | Same company and licence | 4.6 | 50 free spins on Big Bass Bonanza | None | £10 | Gambling Commission account 39326 | Yes | 8,000+ |
Mega Casino | Same company and licence | 4.4 | 100% match up to £25 plus 50 free spins | 10x free spin winnings | £10 | Gambling Commission account 39326 | Yes | 5,000+ |
Your account does not carry over. Opening a Spin Genie account gives you no PlayOJO or Mega Casino account, and your balance, free spins and My Levels points stay where you earned them. Nothing in Spin Genie's terms says they travel, so treat each brand as a fresh sign-up with its own identity check and keep your own record of what you hold.
The welcome offer does not carry over either. Each brand states its own first-deposit terms, so claiming at Spin Genie leaves PlayOJO's and Mega Casino's offers open to you as a new customer there. The reverse is also true: a 10x wagering line at one brand tells you nothing about the next. Read the offer page at the brand you are joining before you deposit, and screenshot the terms you claimed under.
One thing does carry across, and it is the limit that matters most. Spin Genie's responsible gaming page states: "The Self Exclusion restriction will affect all known accounts you have on the same license ." Its terms repeat it: "The limitations applied during a Self-Exclusion apply to any other known account you have on our license." Because PlayOJO and Mega Casino sit on the same licence account, a self-exclusion set at Spin Genie reaches them where the operator knows about the account. Ask support in writing which of your accounts it has been applied to, and keep the reply.
A sister site is never a way around a self-exclusion. To stop at every site licensed in Great Britain rather than at one company's brands, register with Gamstop: "When you register with Gamstop Online you'll be blocked from accessing gambling websites and apps licensed in Great Britain." Nothing else carries over because of a shared parent company alone: only a clause in a casino's own terms does that. Deposit limits are set brand by brand, so set them again at each brand you open.

Spin Genie rates 4.6, scored on all six of our criteria. The welcome offer is 120 free spins on Book of Dead, credited automatically on a first deposit of £10, each spin worth £0.1. Wagering is 10x the free spin winnings, slots only, with a maximum bet while you clear it of 10% (min £0.1) of those winnings or £5, whichever is lower. Work out the turnover that 10x puts on your winnings before you count on a withdrawal.
On payments, both the minimum deposit and the minimum withdrawal are £10. Of its Lightning Withdrawals the casino says "you'll get your cash within 24 hours, subject to providing any information we require in accordance with our terms and conditions." A wire transfer withdrawal needs £50 and carries a stated £10.00* charge, waived over £500, so for a smaller sum check Visa, MasterCard or Trustly instead.
The 4,000+ games figure is the fewest of the three, though the catalogue matters more than the total: Games Global, Evolution, Play'n Go, Playtech, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt and Red Tiger Gaming all appear, with live tables, Jackpot King and an exclusive slot, Prize Twister. Loyalty runs through My Levels, where 125 points reach the first level and no level can be lost. Live chat and email run 06:00-00:00 GMT, so plan an overnight problem around that window. A dormant account costs 5 GBP per month after 12 months unused, so close an account you have finished with.
Verification comes before any deposit or play.
1. Register, and let the automated check run.
2. If it fails, upload a copy of your ID and a recent utility bill.
3. Use a passport, driving licence or official ID as proof of age.
4. Wait for verification before depositing or playing.
Both reviews read against Spin Genie, so each gives only what differs: its own offer, its own payment page, its own rating.

PlayOJO is Spin Genie's sister on the same company and licence, and its bonus terms are the one difference here worth acting on. The welcome offer is 50 free spins on Big Bass Bonanza, each worth £0.10, on a first deposit, and the site states "No wagering requirements ever, plus all wins from bonuses are paid in cash!" Against 10x on the spin winnings next door, that is nothing to turn over, and it adds "there's no limit to how much you can win". Northern Ireland players are excluded, so check that before you deposit. It launched in 2017.
Withdrawals read better than Spin Genie's 24 hour line: the site states "We process 95% of withdrawals within minutes", though how fast the money lands depends on the payment method. The stated minimum withdrawal is £0, against £10 at Spin Genie, and on Google Pay it "does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals." The deposit minimum is the same £10. Your bank or wallet can still add time at its end, so ask your provider before you count on minutes.
Games are the family's largest at 8,000+, with over 60 live tables, stakes from £5 to £5,000, and exclusives including Live Roulette from Manchester and Studio 21: Fiesta Roulette. Certification is stated in more detail than at the other two: eCOGRA covers display accuracy, rules, RTP rates and RNGs, iTech Labs covers the random number generator, and testing houses approved by the Gambling Commission cover all of the games. Loyalty is OJOplus, which pays a small percentage of every real money bet back whether the bet won or lost, convertible to cash "any time, with no conditions at all." Treat it as a small rebate, not a discount on losses.
Support is the clearest advantage after the wagering: live chat and email with the team stated as 24/7, where Spin Genie closes at midnight GMT. Mobile is apps on both the App Store and Google Play, and the site says its mobile casino "contains exactly the same variety of games that you enjoy on desktop." It rates 4.6, level with Spin Genie, on all six criteria, and VIP and loyalty scores 3 of 5 in our rating. Check how OJOplus pays before you count on loyalty rewards.
The one-account rule is stricter than Spin Genie's: PlayOJO allows only one account "per person, household, family, household address, email address, card number, e-wallet account or shared computer environment". If anyone else in your home plays, or you play from a shared machine, ask support in writing whether your sign-up is allowed before you deposit.

Mega Casino sits on the same company and licence too, and it is the only one of the three to put cash in the welcome offer: "Our welcome casino bonus gives new customers a 100% match of up to £25 + 50 Free Spins on your first deposit." Its wagering matches Spin Genie's at 10x the free spin winnings, and adds 10x the bonus, slots only, with a maximum bet while clearing of 10% (min £0.10) of the winnings and bonus or £5, whichever is lower. A matched £25 at 10x is £250 of turnover, so take it only if you were going to play that much anyway. The site opened in 2013.
Payments are where it falls behind both sisters. Its own page quotes 1-3 business days for card, PayPal and Paysafe withdrawals, up to 5 depending on the bank. Paysafecard, Apple Pay and Google Pay are listed for deposits but not withdrawals, and no withdrawal minimum or fee is stated at all. Ask support in writing which method your winnings can leave by, and allow a working week for the money.
Games are 5,000+, between the other two, with MEGA Jackpots, Daily Jackpots and progressive jackpots, plus game shows including Crazy Time, Monopoly Live and Deal or No Deal. Loyalty is the strongest of the three on paper: My Levels awards points for play, and the invitation-only Mega VIP Casino Club adds a personal account manager, higher bet and withdrawal limits and VIP competitions. One catch is stated plainly: "VIP Points redemption to cash is only available for customers who have registered prior 19/03/2017." Joining now, treat the points as play rewards rather than cash.
The desk keeps Spin Genie's hours, 06:00-00:00 GMT, on chat and email. Mobile is weaker: the site says you can "Play your favourite games on the go with the Mega Casino app for iOS and Android", but gives no store link for either. Search your phone's store yourself and open the app once before you fund an account. Its 4.4 is the lowest of the three, scored on all six criteria.
One clause goes further than anything at the other two: Mega Casino reserves the right, on your account "and/or any other account held by You with an Operator Group company", to withhold a balance or recover deposits, pay-outs, bonuses or winnings affected by the events its terms list. It names no outside dispute body in the pages we read, while the Gambling Commission says of itself: "We do not resolve or make decisions on complaints regarding gambling-related transactions." Complain in writing, keep the dates, and ask the casino which dispute service it uses.
| Area | Spin Genie | PlayOJO | Mega Casino |
|---|---|---|---|
Welcome wagering | 10x free spin winnings | None | 10x free spin winnings and 10x bonus |
Withdrawal time stated | Within 24 hours | 95% within minutes | 1-3 business days, up to 5 |
Games, support, mobile | 4,000+, 06:00-00:00 GMT, two store apps | 8,000+, 24/7, two store apps | 5,000+, 06:00-00:00 GMT, apps with no store link |
On bonuses, the split is between 0x and 10x. PlayOJO asks nothing of your spin winnings; Spin Genie and Mega Casino both ask 10x, slots only, and Mega Casino also asks 10x of the matched bonus. On payments, PlayOJO leads, Spin Genie follows, and Mega Casino trails: its own figures run to business days where theirs run to hours or minutes. Check the timescale your own method carries at the brand you pick. On games, the counts rise from 4,000+ to 5,000+ to 8,000+, and only PlayOJO names its testing houses.
Support splits the same way the hours do: PlayOJO states 24/7, the other two state 06:00-00:00 GMT. On mobile, Spin Genie and PlayOJO both give App Store and Google Play links; Mega Casino names apps for iOS and Android but links to neither. Mobile is thin in all three sets of pages beyond that, so if an app matters to you, download it and test it before you deposit rather than after. On VIP, the three schemes differ in kind: points at Spin Genie, cashback at PlayOJO, an invitation-only club at Mega Casino.

PlayOJO suits you if support matters most, and it is also the pick if you want your bonus winnings without a turnover condition and the biggest catalogue of the three. Mega Casino suits you if loyalty rewards matter most, and it is the only one offering matched cash on a first deposit, so long as you can live with 10x on that bonus and a wait of up to a working week for a withdrawal. Check Mega Casino's wagering line, and ask its support in writing how long your withdrawal method takes, before you claim the match. Spin Genie itself suits you if account safety matters most: it is the only one of the three whose pages name an outside dispute service.

Some of what you would want to know is not stated anywhere we read, and we could not confirm it. None of the three publishes a bonus expiry, a currency list or a pending period before a withdrawal is processed. Mega Casino states no withdrawal minimum or fee, and no complaints route. Spin Genie states no support response time, and none of the three breaks its games down by category, so the figures above are the casinos' own totals rather than counts we made. Ask support for anything in this paragraph in writing before you deposit, and keep the answer.
Other sites list casinos as Spin Genie sisters that we leave off this page. PlayOJO's own sister sites page names PlayUZU, and Mega Casino's pages point to SpinGenie Casino, ICE36 Casino UK and Slingo Casino. Ice36 and Slingo are listed under the same Gambling Commission account, so we do not review them either. PlayUZU is not listed under that account in the register we read, so we cannot tie it to Skill on Net Ltd from that source. Check PlayUZU's terms page for its stated operator.
That is the whole test: the casino's own terms must name Skill on Net Ltd, or the register must list the brand under its account. Looking similar, sharing a supplier or running the same slots proves nothing about ownership. If you see a casino called a Spin Genie sister elsewhere, open its terms page and read who operates it.
Follow Spin Genie's own stated steps, in writing, and keep a copy of everything sent.
1. Contact the Customer Support Department as soon as reasonably practicable after the problem.
2. Put it in writing with the account username, the name on the account, a detailed explanation, and the dates and times involved.
3. Ask for the complaint to be escalated to a manager or supervisor if the first reply does not resolve it.
4. Expect the manager or supervisor's decision back within 96 hours, and note the date it arrives.
5. Take an unresolved gambling transaction dispute to eCogra, the dispute service Spin Genie names, whose ruling is binding on the casino.
Every figure on this page was read from the casinos' own UK pages: Spin Genie and PlayOJO on 30 September 2026, Mega Casino on 28 September 2026, with the Gambling Commission register read on 27 September 2026. Each page we read is listed in the sources block below. Our team then tests the casinos and checks every fact here before it is published, and no result we have not recorded appears on this page.
Our take

Rating 4.6
The cheapest place to take an offer in this family is PlayOJO, and the reason is the turnover it does not ask for. Its catalogue is also the biggest at 8,000+ games, its desk is stated as open round the clock, and it alone names the houses that test its games. Mega Casino earns its 4.4 at the bottom: ten times turnover on a matched bonus, withdrawals quoted in business days, and loyalty points only older customers can cash. Ask it in writing how long a card withdrawal takes before you deposit. Spin Genie holds 4.6 on safety, not generosity, and names eCogra as the way out of a dispute. Set a deposit limit at the brand you pick before you fund it.

To block every gambling website and app licensed in Great Britain in one step, register with Gamstop. To set limits at a single casino, use the tools that casino provides: deposit limits, a cooling-off period, a reality check or a self-exclusion. A sister site is never a way around a self-exclusion, and no page here will point you to one as a route back in. GambleAware has free advice and support, including help for friends and family. You must be 18 or over to gamble: in most cases, the minimum legal age for gambling in Great Britain is 18.
PlayOJO and Mega Casino. Both are the same company and licence, and each has a full review above. Forty-seven other brands share the licence account on the register, but we do not review them, because their own pages have not been read.
Skill on Net Ltd. It operates Spin Genie under a Gambling Commission licence for Great Britain, and it operates PlayOJO and Mega Casino as well. No parent company is named above it in anything we read.
Yes. All three state the same Gambling Commission account in their terms, so they run on one licence rather than three.
Nothing in these casinos' terms forbids one account at each brand; the one-account rules limit you to a single account per person at each site. PlayOJO's version is the strictest, covering a household, an address, a card number and a shared computer, so ask its support first if anyone else in your home plays.
On Spin Genie's own wording, yes, for accounts it knows about: the restriction affects all known accounts you have on the same licence, which includes PlayOJO and Mega Casino. Ask support in writing to confirm which accounts it has applied to, and use Gamstop if you want every site licensed in Great Britain blocked.
PlayOJO has the lowest wagering: its welcome offer carries none, against 10x on the free spin winnings at both Spin Genie and Mega Casino. Nothing is cheaper to start than anything else here, because all three ask a first deposit of £10.
PlayOJO states that it processes 95% of withdrawals within minutes, and Spin Genie quotes within 24 hours. Mega Casino is the slowest of the three on its own figures. Ask its support how long your payment method takes before you deposit. These are the casinos' own quoted times, and your bank or wallet can add to them.
None is stated on the pages we read, so we could not confirm one. Ask Spin Genie's support whether any code applies to your account before you fund it. Spin Genie does say it runs reload bonuses for existing players, which may be free spins, a match or both on an eligible deposit. At PlayOJO, a regular player may get a no deposit bonus as kickers and rewards.
