The short answer
Mega Casino has two sister sites for UK players, PlayOJO and Spin Genie, and both are the same company and licence as Mega Casino. Skill on Net Ltd operates all three. The biggest difference between the three is wagering: PlayOJO's welcome offer has none, while Mega Casino and Spin Genie each attach 10x wagering to free spin winnings, and Mega Casino also attaches it to the bonus. Our ratings are 4.4 for Mega Casino and 4.6 for each sister. Check the wagering terms before you deposit £10 at any of them.

PlayOJO (same company and licence) and Spin Genie (same company and licence) are both run by Skill on Net Ltd, the operator behind Mega Casino. All three hold a Gambling Commission licence that the register lists as active, and all three accept UK players.
No sister is held back from this page, and both are reviewed in full below. The table gives each casino's rating, welcome offer, wagering, minimum deposit, licence, games figure and a button, with the sister kind in its own column.
| Casino | Sister kind | Rating | Welcome offer | Wagering | Minimum deposit | Licence | Accepts UK players | Games |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
Mega Casino | Baseline casino | 4.4 | 100% match up to £25 plus 50 free spins | 10x on the bonus and on free spin winnings | £10 | Gambling Commission licence, register status active | Yes | 5,000+ |
PlayOJO | Same company and licence | 4.6 | 50 free spins on Big Bass Bonanza | None (0x) | £10 | Gambling Commission licence, register status active | Yes | 8,000+ |
Spin Genie | Same company and licence | 4.6 | 120 free spins on Book of Dead | 10x on free spin winnings | £10 | Gambling Commission licence, register status active | Yes | 4,000+ |
Only what each casino's own terms say carries over between Mega Casino and its sisters. Sharing one operator does not, by itself, make a rule apply across the family, so the wording of each clause matters more than the shared name.
Mega Casino's terms reach beyond one account. They say the casino may act in respect of "any other account held by You with an Operator Group company", and the same clause lets it withhold the whole or part of a balance and recover deposits, pay-outs or winnings linked to the events it describes. The clause as read does not name PlayOJO or Spin Genie, so we could not confirm that it reaches them. Ask Mega Casino's support what that clause means for you before you open an account at a sister.
We could not confirm that VIP status or loyalty progress carries across the family, because none of the three casinos' pages in our research says so. Ask the casino before you move to a sister for that reason.
If you have self-excluded, or are thinking about it, read this paragraph first. A sister site is never a way around a self-exclusion. Mega Casino's responsible gaming page says: "The Self Exclusion restriction will affect all known accounts you have on the same license". PlayOJO and Spin Genie are the same company and licence, so a self-exclusion at Mega Casino is meant to cover accounts you hold at them.
A self-exclusion with one operator is not a block on every site. To be blocked from every online gambling site licensed in Great Britain at once, register with Gamstop. Gamstop says: "When you register with Gamstop Online you’ll be blocked from accessing gambling websites and apps licensed in Great Britain."

The welcome offer is a 100% match of up to £25 plus 50 free spins on a first deposit of at least £10. Wagering is 10x on the bonus and on the free spin winnings, and only slots count. Check the maximum bet rule, 10% (minimum £0.10) of the free spin winnings and bonus or £5, whichever is lower, before you play.
The minimum deposit is £10. Visa, Mastercard and PayPal withdrawals are listed at 1 to 3 business days, up to 5 depending on the bank, while Paysafecard, Apple Pay and Google Pay are deposit-only. Allow the full 5 days when timing matters.
Mega Casino offers 5,000+ games, including MEGA Jackpots, Daily Jackpots and progressive jackpots, and a live casino with blackjack, roulette and baccarat. Each game's rules show its RTP, which can change, so check them before you play.
Mega VIP Casino Club is by invitation only, and redeeming VIP points for cash is open only to customers who registered before 19 March 2017. Ask support whether points can be redeemed on your account.
Support is by live chat, listed from 06:00 to 00:00 GMT, and email, with no reply time stated. Its mobile page mentions an app for iOS and Android, but our research holds no store link for either. Check the chat hours before you need help.
You must be at least 18, and the terms treat registering multiple accounts in another player's name as abuse. Keep to one account in your own name.
1. Register and let the casino run its automatic check on your details.
2. If the check fails, upload a copy of your ID and a recent utility bill on the Upload Docs page; play opens only after verification.
3. Upload documents before you ask for a withdrawal, and keep a screenshot of the request.
Each review below gives only what differs from Mega Casino.

PlayOJO is the same company and licence as Mega Casino, run by Skill on Net Ltd. Its welcome offer is 50 free spins on Big Bass Bonanza, each valued at £0.10, for a first deposit of £10 or more, with no wagering and no limit on what you can win. The offer lists spins only, with no match alongside them. Its offer page says it excludes players in Northern Ireland, so if you live there, ask support whether you can claim it before you deposit.
On payments, PlayOJO's own page puts the share of withdrawals processed within minutes at 95%, and its minimum withdrawal is £0. Its Google Pay page says it does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. Check your own bank or payment provider for charges.
At 8,000+ games, PlayOJO has the largest library of the three casinos. Its live casino lists table stakes from £5 to £5,000, and it names Studio 21: Fiesta Roulette among its exclusive tables.
OJOplus gives back a small percentage of real money roulette bets, win or lose, and OJO Levels unlocks free spins, wheel spins and free bingo tickets as you climb. Neither tiers nor a points-to-cash rate turned up in our research of its pages, which is why VIP and loyalty scores 3 of 5 in our rating. PlayOJO's live chat and email are stated as 24/7, and its apps are listed on the App Store and Google Play. Ask support what each OJO level unlocks before you chase one.
PlayOJO's one-account rule is wider than Mega Casino's, allowing one account per person, household, family, address, email address, card number, e-wallet account or shared computer environment. Check whether someone in your household already has an account before you register.
1. Upload documents from the casino's list: a passport, driving licence, government-issued ID card, utility bill, bank statement or bank card.
2. Pick PayPal if you want the withdrawal time the casino lists as almost instant.
Suits players who put support first and want a welcome offer with no wagering.

Spin Genie shares Mega Casino's operator, Skill on Net Ltd, and is the same company and licence. Its welcome offer is 120 free spins on Book of Dead, each valued at £0.1, credited automatically on a first deposit of at least £10. Wagering is 10x on the free spin winnings, slots only, and the maximum bet is 10% (minimum £0.1) of those winnings or £5, whichever is lower. Unlike Mega Casino's offer, it has no match element, and the casino says it frequently offers loyal players reload bonuses. Read the wagering and maximum bet terms before you claim the spins.
Spin Genie says its Google Pay deposits carry no added charge. Its terms say withdrawals by wire transfer or online wallet can carry a surcharge, which the casino deducts from your balance before processing. Ask about the charge before you choose a withdrawal method.
Spin Genie's 4,000+ games make it the smallest library of the three. Jackpot King, Megaways jackpots and daily jackpots are on its slots menu, its live casino includes Monopoly Live and Dream Catcher Live, and Prize Twister is described as a slot exclusive to its network. Check that the titles you want are listed before you register.
My Levels needs 125 points to reach the first level, and points come from playing any game. The casino says a level, once reached, cannot be lost. We scored VIP and loyalty 3 of 5 because its pages give no tiers or points-to-cash rate. Ask support what each level gives you before you play to reach one.
Spin Genie's chat and email desk keeps the same hours as Mega Casino's, and its iOS and Android apps have store listings. An account not accessed for 12 consecutive months can be charged 5 GBP per month under its terms. Log in at least once a year, or close the account if you stop playing.
1. Upload a utility bill no older than 6 months, a copy of the front of your card with the middle 8 digits hidden, and proof of ID such as a passport or driving licence.
2. Ask for the withdrawal once the documents are in: the casino says Lightning Withdrawals pay within 24 hours, subject to any information it requires.
3. Withdraw at least £10; a wire transfer needs at least £50 and carries a £10.00 fee, with no charge over £500.
Suits players who put account safety first and accept 10x wagering on free spin winnings.
| Casino | Bonus wagering | Stated withdrawal time | Games | Support | Mobile |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
Mega Casino | 10x on the bonus and on free spin winnings | 1 to 3 business days, up to 5, by card or PayPal | 5,000+ | Live chat and email, 06:00 to 00:00 GMT | App mentioned; no store link found |
PlayOJO | None (0x) | 95% within minutes, as stated | 8,000+ | Live chat and email, stated as 24/7 | Apps on App Store and Google Play |
Spin Genie | 10x on free spin winnings | Within 24 hours, as stated | 4,000+ | Live chat and email, 06:00 to 00:00 GMT | Apps on App Store and Google Play |
Bonuses: wagering is the widest gap between the three, as the table shows.
Payments: PlayOJO and Spin Genie state a withdrawal speed in their own words, while Mega Casino lists business days by method, so allow for the longest figure in the table.
Games: the games column shows range, not quality, so check that the providers and titles you want are on offer at the casino you pick.
Support and mobile: PlayOJO is the only one of the three to state 24/7 support. Mobile detail is thin for all three casinos, with Mega Casino's store link unconfirmed and the two sisters pointing to app store listings. Ask Mega Casino's support for its app store link before you download anything.

Pick by the one thing that matters most to you, then confirm the terms yourself. Our review labels give Mega Casino loyalty rewards, PlayOJO support and Spin Genie account safety as their best-for picks.

Choose PlayOJO if you want no wagering on the welcome offer and a casino that states 24/7 support, and you do not live in Northern Ireland, where its offer page says it is excluded. Choose Spin Genie if account safety comes first, accepting 10x wagering on the free spin winnings and a stated inactivity charge. Choose Mega Casino if you want a matched first deposit alongside spins, and are happy with an invitation-only VIP club.

Some things are still unknown. None of the three states a support reply time, and Mega Casino's app store link is unconfirmed. Ask support about both before you rely on them.
Other sites may call further casinos Mega Casino's sisters. Our research could tie only PlayOJO and Spin Genie to Skill on Net Ltd, so we do not call any other casino a sister of Mega Casino. Ask a casino's support who operates it before you accept another site's sister claim.
Sites like Mega Casino outside this network are different companies with their own terms. Compare the operator, the licence and the wagering on each offer before you open an account, and read its own self-exclusion clause, as Mega Casino's covers accounts on its own licence.
1. Complain to the casino first and follow its complaints process.
2. At PlayOJO or Spin Genie, ask for the complaint to go to a manager or supervisor, who gives a decision within 96 hours.
3. If the answer does not settle it, after 8 weeks take a gambling transaction complaint to eCogra, the ADR provider both sisters name. The Gambling Commission says an ADR provider is a free service.
4. For Mega Casino, which names no complaints route or ADR provider in the pages read, ask support which provider to use and for their contact details.
Research read each casino's own UK pages between 28 and 30 September 2026, covering terms, promotions, payments, responsible gaming and help. The Gambling Commission register entry for the shared licence was read too. Before the page goes live, our team tests the casinos and checks each fact against what research read, and the method page sets out the steps.
Our take

Rating 4.4
Mega Casino's two sisters share its operator and its licence, and a self-exclusion under that licence is meant to reach all three. PlayOJO is the one to open if wagering worries you, because its welcome spins carry none. Spin Genie is labelled best for account safety, with the trade-off of 10x wagering on its spin winnings. Mega Casino stays the only one of the three with a matched first deposit, and its weakest area in our rating is mobile, scored 3 of 5. Whichever you choose, read its offer terms first and set a deposit limit.

In Wales, call the NHS Wales Helpline on 0808 2819 265. GambleAware says these support services are available only to Great Britain residents.
You must be 18 or over to gamble online in Great Britain.
Each of the three casinos offers deposit limits and self-exclusion. For help beyond the casino, see Gamstop and GambleAware. A sister site is never a way around a self-exclusion.
PlayOJO and Spin Genie. Our research ties both to Skill on Net Ltd, the operator behind Mega Casino, and both accept UK players. No other casino could be tied to that operator. Check the operator named in a casino's own terms before you treat it as a sister.
Mega Casino's terms say it is operated by Skill on Net Ltd, a company registered in Malta, under a gaming licence from the Gambling Commission of Great Britain. The same operator runs PlayOJO and Spin Genie.
Yes. PlayOJO and Spin Genie sit on the same licence as Mega Casino and are run by the same company, and the Gambling Commission register lists that licence as active.
We found no rule in the three casinos' terms that bars holding an account at each, but each has its own limits. Mega Casino's terms single out accounts opened in another player's name, and PlayOJO limits accounts by household and address. Read the sister's terms before you register.
Yes. Mega Casino's terms extend a self-exclusion to your other known accounts on its licence, and PlayOJO and Spin Genie hold that same licence. Gamstop covers every other site licensed in Great Britain.
PlayOJO has the lowest wagering, as its welcome spins have none, against 10x at Spin Genie and Mega Casino. All three ask for a first deposit of £10, so none is cheaper to start.
PlayOJO gives the quickest stated time: it says 95% of withdrawals are processed within minutes. Spin Genie promises cash within 24 hours once any information it requires is provided. Mega Casino lists up to 5 business days for Visa, Mastercard and PayPal withdrawals, depending on the bank. These are the casinos' stated times, so allow for the longer figures.
We found no no-deposit bonus code for existing players at Mega Casino. Its promotions page lists prize drops, tournaments and a birthday bonus instead, and PlayOJO says regular players may get no deposit bonuses as kickers. Ask Mega Casino's support whether any code is live for your account before you deposit.
